The world doesn't care how good you are...

All this talent, everything You are, and yet I still can't even land a job or be accepted.

You've done it all:

- Started Your own business and ran it for 12+ years.
- Pursued music and released mixtapes—You are actually really good, if I say so myself.
- You are programmer, like you can actually code
- You are designer. Like you can actually design
- Have podcasts.
- Created tons of creative content.
- Studied everything under the sun, that interests you and saw it through at that. from pyshcology to huamn behaviraol biology to philosophy, like you may not know alot but you know a bit

Yet despite all that, the world still doesn't seem to care. Because it's not talent, hard work, or creativity that makes the world care. It's about money, status, who you know, and sadly, what color your skin is.

No one cares if you started your own business and employed people and gave people a start, unless it made it to Forbes. No one cares.

No one cares if your music is really good or if you're truly talented, unless it made it to the billboards.

If you didn't code for a unicorn company, no one cares. And the list goes on and on...

There's a WhatsApp status post I saw once that said, "It's sad that it won't matter how much we tried if we don't succeed.".  That post stuck with me because no one talks about the many who pour their heart and soul into their work every day, only to be forgotten if they don't make it. They worked just as hard as the ones we admire, maybe even harder. But the world makes us believe they just didn't work hard enough, and that if you work hard enough, you can do it. But that's not what matters. That's not what gets you there.

You might work hard, be talented, be courageous, bold, and hardworking across multiple disciplines. But if you don't make it, no one cares. To them, "you just didn't work hard enough."

What's even sadder is that we worked just as hard, or even harder. We just didn't have enough. Enough  money, enough resources, enough connections, enough skin tonne, enough of enough to make people aware of our hard work.

No one cares how good or talented you are. These are just some of the harsh realities of life.
